Today, we're having a garage sale to raise money for Nathan and Chesna's summer camp. So far, they have raised $15 each. I've been praying for $100 each. If everything sells for the prices listed, it would happen. But it's started raining now and there's not been much business.
Chesna started buying boxes of candy bars and selling them. I think she's sold 9 already! 6 at the garage sale! What an entrepreneur she is!
Now that round 2 of March Madness is complete, I have our family bracket standings. Shanthi: 26 wins, Nathan: 23, Chad: 22, Miriam and Chesna: 19, and Moses: 14. Last year Chesna won it all. I can't remember how many wins she picked, but it was in the top 5%.
Moses has just about finished his school work for the week. We had a slight set back with the sunny day on Thursday. We went and picked up a truck load of horse manure and added it to the garden. I've got all the grades put into the computer too!
This afternoon, we'll take Aunt Roberta back home. Then this evening, we'll have a movie night: Around the World in 80 Days with the popcorn that Chad gave me as a gift on St. Patrick's Day.
So, movie's over. Kids are in bed. And it's before 9 pm. So far so good. I haven't lost or forgotten a kid yet! I still have all 4. Quite an accomplishment after 16 days. There are only 6 more to go! Let the countdown begin.
