HALFWAY DONE!!!
I woke up from a dream with Chad in it at 2:55 am and couldn't go back to dreamland. :( So, I'm up, making my to do list and praying, drinking a cup of apple cider my honey got me and had delivered yesterday.
Today looks like it's going to be a very full day. Here's the low down: it's my day for the carpool, we have 2 potential Craig's List buyers coming, piano lessons, library, dinner at a friends house, and trips to scope out a dentist, to the library, to AutoZone for remote batteries, to Kragen to try to return an item, to the grocery store for a few items, to a clock shop to see if I can get new clock hands for my great grandfather's mantle clock and a battery for my great g'ma's watch. I think it's all doable, except that I still have to get some school done with the kids.
I was able to go back to sleep for a few minutes before getting up at 5:30 for the 14 mile bike ride at the gym. Chesna sold a pair of water skiis on CL today. The man gave her an extra $10 for her camp fund. She was so excited she said she wanted to hug him. Glad that she hugged me instead. It's her 2nd sale. We were hoping for another one at 11:30, but the lady called and postponed for a different day. We'll see.
Goal for the week: get trellis on the fence (thanks Doug for the good ideas on how), get some horse manure into the garden area, and get 2 copies of our wills made and given to the right people.
weather: rainy
Sprout count: I think some are dying. But I did plant some new ones: strawberries, morning glories, chives, rosemary, gourd, and sunflowers. I figure whatever doesn't make it from seed, I'll buy started plants from the store.
