My highest accomplishment so far today was finishing my 70 mile bike for the week! Yeah! No gym on the weekend!
Chesna finished school by 10 and is now at Nana's helping with chores and going later to do the recycling and get candy bars from Sam's Club to re-sell to raise money for camp.
Moses spent quite a lot of time upstairs refusing to do his school. So he's just now starting back up again. It's 11:45 and almost time for lunch.
Nate's been working on his school work.
And Aunt Roberta is here to help for a day! Yipee!!
So, I'm off to make lunch and then go help in Miriam's class for an hour.
Nate has a racquetball game scheduled for 3 (or 2 depending on who you talk to).
The good news: only one week left until Chad comes home.
We celebrated Carl's birthday by going to the bingo night at Miriam's school. It was so much fun. Carl won a game (along with 2 others) and got a consolation prize. He let Moses go and pick it out. It was a bag of silly bands with a basketball theme. Here's a picture of us.
Towards the end, they served everyone cake. It was delicious. After the final round, we went back to Carl's for some German Chocolate Cake and ice cream. We didn't get home until after 10:30 pm! I was so tired.
