Embracing Transformation
Why have we spent the last year in India? Why did we re-join EMI over 8 years ago and why have we logged so many frequent flyer miles recently? Transformation! We desire to see transformation in the people we serve with, the offices we serve in and the clients whom we serve through our design services.
2023 has been a monumental year for our region within EMI and we have been blessed to be a part of these incredible milestones. At the beginning of this year, EMI appointed the first female Office Director, who will be leading our office in North Africa! Within the last few months EMI also appointed the first Indian national as Office Director for the India office!
Both of these offices are ones that Chad supports in his role as Regional Director and we are excited to see this transformation up close. We eagerly anticipate the impact that these two key individuals will bring to EMI as Chad supports them in their new roles, fostering positive change within the organization.
As we look forward to the next chapter on our journey of transformation, our course is set for Egypt in early March to better support the ongoing transition in office leadership there. We will be in that office for a couple months then transition to another, yet to be determined, location in the region.
