Take off!

It has been interesting to see the number of keys diminishing on my key ring as the time gets closer. I typically carry 8-10 keys in my keychain but as we have transitioned out of various responsibilities my keychain was getting lighter and lighter. This morning I awoke to an empty keychain and knew that it was time to go.

It has been an emotional last week with many goodbyes, farewell parties and late night packing parties. We are excited about what is to come, but sad to leave so many people behind.

We made it through security, have all our bags checked and are on the plane!  India here we come!
