Please continue to pray for our adoption process. It has been stalemated for almost a month now as we are awaiting the judge to assign us a court date. Once our documents were submitted to the court, our case was assigned to a judge. This judge was then out for about 2 weeks! When she was supposed to return our attorney went to her to set a date, but she had still not returned. This past Monday our attorney called and told us that he was going to go on Wednesday to request a date or a new judge. We have not yet heard from him and are starting to get worried. We really need to go to court soon to get the adoption finalized so that we can stay on schedule to depart Uganda on the 24th of June. Please pray that we would get a court date soon and that the judge would quickly rule in our favor to finalize the adoption. Also, pray for peace to reign in our hearts as we have a lot going on these last 6.5 weeks in Uganda. Ideally we would like the adoption to be finalized by the end of next week!
