News Report International Headlines This year the South Africa office hosted the annual EMI Directors Conference with about 25 people joining from all over the world. There were sessions on mobilizing people from the Global South (ie: an architect from Cambodia being sent to our office in Uganda), how to help English language learners complete some of the training EMI offers, and how EMI adapts to the changing world of missions. This annual conference brings together many of the people that Chad works with regularly, so it is good to see them face to face instead of on a Zoom screen. While greatly encouraging to have so many amazing colleagues in one place, the time was filled with meetings, discussions and planning. After multiple days of 12+ hours in meetings it was nice to enjoy the South African countryside on a short bike ride!
