Chad had the privilege of sharing about the "Working Genius" model at the recent EMI Directors Conference.
Off again...
The world is opening, so let's go!! Chad begins a whirlwind tour of his region today with the first stop being Cambodia! Over the next 6 weeks he will also travel to Egypt and India to meet with the offices in those countries. Each office has unique challenges and opportunities that Chad has been asked to help with. From strategic planning, new projects, to leadership development, his days will be filled with meetings, teachings lots of listening and hopefully afternoon bubble tea to fight off jet lag!
On the home front...
In the midst of Chad's travel, he and Shanthi will also be attending Chesna's college graduation in Canada! We are so excited to be able to join her for this special event and a super proud of all that she has accomplished. She will graduate with a degree in Kinesiology and look to put that to use with a career in Physical Therapy.
Shanthi, Chad and Miriam recently went to Lake Tahoe for a hike in the snow!
Please pray for this upcoming season of travel. Chad will be on dozens of flights and traversing many international airports. Pray that the logistics would be smooth, that there would be no unexpected delays or complications.
Chad is visiting the offices in his region to support, encourage and help. Please pray that his work would be effective and that he would have wisdom and understanding in all of his conversations.
Pray that Shanthi would be encouraged and protected as Chad travels. Unfortunately, crisis' seem to crop up when Chad is on the other side of the world.
Please continue to pray for Moses as he thinks about what the next season of his life will look like.

Please pray for the upcoming EMI Directors Conference. Nearly 25 people will be in attendance from all over the world and we will be discussing many various topics that have long term impacts throughout EMI. . - We had such great conversations and were able to navigate challenging topics with grace and understanding. We were amazed at the progress we made!
Shanthi will be leaving Target in a couple of weeks. Please pray that the impact she has made on her coworkers will be lasting and that she has more opportunities to share with them in these last couple weeks.. - Several of Shanthi's co-workers teared up when she left. She definitely made a positive impact on their lives and they were very sad to see her go!
