Gamble's Newsletter EMI Golf Marathon 2014

We just passed the 5 year mark of our return to the USA. It is amazing to think of all that has happened since our return and even more amazing to think that it has been 5 years! It doesn't seem that long ago that I was looking for an engineering job while working the morning shift at Target trying to make ends meet. The engineering position that I eventually found has lead me to become the head of the civil engineering department managing 5 others and overseeing numerous multimillion dollar projects. YIKES! It really is incredible to see where God has brought us!
We still have a heart for missions and for EMI though. Which is why next week I will be returning to Colorado to take part in EMI's annual golf marathon fund raiser. I again have the privilege of golfing on behalf of the EMI East Africa office and would love to bless the office with a large amount of financial support. Would you consider sponsoring me either on a per hole basis or a flat donation amount?
This year is a very special golf fundraiser because all of the proceeds go towards the East Africa office that we helped start! The staff has grown tremendously and has outgrown the office space from when we were there 5 years ago. They have begun construction on a new office and construction management warehouse which will demonstrate and teach building principles. All the proceeds from the golf marathon will be used to purchase equipment and supplies for the Construction Management Workshop that will be a part of the new office. If you are able to sponsor me, just respond to this message or send me an email (chad.e.gamble@gmail.com) letting me know that you are in and how much you would like to donate. After the golf marathon you will be contacted by EMI with instructions on how to give.
If you want to give a flat donation you can do that now by going to the EMI website (http://www.emiusa.org/golf2014.php) and put "Golf Marathon-Chad" as the designation.
In Christ,
Chad Gamble
