We went to a local church where they were having a re-enactment of a Bethlehem village. It was so cool! There was a storyteller, priests with a ram's horn, pottery demonstration, llamas, 3 wise men with gold, Roman soldiers, a place to write your name in the census, a stone to grind wheat into flour, an inn with no room what-so-ever, a pregnant Mary and Joseph looking for an inn with room, angels singing, shepherds guarding sheep and wondering at the angels, and Mary and Joseph in a manger with a baby. We were invited by our friends Steve and Jill Bell. It was so cool!
