#129B - Student prayer

Ok, the situation seems to have gotten better for one student and worsened for the other.

The Senior who has been in the hospital for nearly 3 weeks was finally released today to go home! He’ll be on antibiotics for another 6 weeks until he’s fully healed. I’m not sure how long he’ll be out of school, nor what we’ll do for him since he’s a month behind everyone else, but we’ll figure something out.

The other student… well some of us feel like it’s real spiritual warfare going on at the school. This boy is in 9th grade. He’s been in the hospital 2 days now and is likely to remain at the hospital for at least a few more days. It started as a football/soccer injury. The parents don’t want to broadcast what’s going on with him. But I seriously covet your prayers for the spiritual/physical/mental well being of all our students and teachers at school. Please be in continuous prayer for Lino and the others at our school.

Friday is the memorial service for the teacher that died last Thursday. Pray for the students to grieve completely and in a healthy way.

It’s a battlefield this year and we want to see Jesus lifted up and glorified. Thanks for being our support .
