Snow day with G'pa and Miss M

The brave souls, Grandpa Carl and Miss Marilyn, took our two most adventurous kids skiing for the first time. Moses and Chesna ended up really liking it.

Chesna already knew how to ski by the time we arrived at 1:30! She'd even gone up ski lift #4 two times and down the hill!

Moses wasn't old enough to have a lesson, so G'pa had to show him what to do. Apparently, Moses fell and twisted his ankle and decided he was done. Until he saw other little kids doing it. By the time we arrived, he was ready to show off for us!

Chesna and G'pa Carl skiing down the mountain.

Grandpa taking Moses under his wing on the ski lift, ready to come down together.

Here we have the foursome on their final run together.

Chad gave Miriam a lesson in pizza wedge stopping before she too figured out how to ski.

If they are skiing now, what will they be doing in 2-3 years?!! It boggles the mind.
